1. Contact client to ask and answer preliminary questions. 2. Establish date and time to meet with client to observe and confirm needed work. 3. Provide client with written proposal. 4. Adjust proposal as needed. 5. Establish start and end date(s)
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My first experience with floors was in the 80's when i served in the US Army. Then I maintained carpet and tile floors, in 24 locations, for a commercial company from 04 to 08. In 2009 started my own company, Dillow's Floor Masters, and became an Owner and Independent Contractor. I have maintained tile, carpet and hardwood since then.
