We work on both an hourly basis and on a fixed fee arrangement depending on the nature of the particular project or task. We work with each of our clients to develop a plan to satisfy their needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We listen to our client's needs and work directly with them to provide them the best possible service. We work in an efficient and timely manner and provide the utmost respect to each of our clients.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have many different credentials including being CPAs (Certified Public Accountant), CFEs (Certified Fraud Examiner), and CGMA (Chartered Global Management Accountant). In addition we have worked in "Big 4" accounting firms and have worked at various premier business accounting and consulting firms. In addition, we own and operate 7 retail tax locations and are small business owners, and therefore provide the small business experience that many of our clients need and deserve.
