- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer base and custom packages based on the needs and wants of my clients. I do not believe in one set price as there are many variables to consider when planning. No two events are alike. I strive to accommodate all budgets.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When i begin working with a new client i like to have a one on one conversation where they tell me their event vision and expectations. I like to ensure both parties are a good match for one another to ensure the best outcome. After discussions we provide a sample proposal for approval and start planning within a week of contract signing and deposit payments.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors in Business Administration. I also have over 15 years of customer service experience in various fields. My team combined has over 20 years of experience in décor.
