Introduction: We are a incredibly clean company, always keeping in mind how invasive home renovation can be. So we strive to find a balance that will make our jobs clean, neat, and productive without sacrificing quality and beauty. Usually my customer's rarely go anywhere else once they have used my service. I'm fair with my prices, my work is quality, I keep my business tight, and I'm generally fun to be around. I don't make excuses for things I've made mistakes on I don't let my men do it either. Just in that alone we stand out from other companies.
The truth is that I like people. The men on my jobs are very much like family, and we all really enjoy working together. I do enjoy working with my hands, but not as much as I enjoy working as a Lead to create a final project. It's a lot like a orchestra in that I need to know in what order each trade needs to be installed. I need to know how to install said trade or I can get bad results and not know it. I need to know the codes of the trades so the customer does not get "beat up" later by something they didn't know they needed to know. Finally I need to know how to bring all of these talents together to render a quality project. This is Why you hire a professional, and not a fly by night crew. In the end its relationships that I have created and earned that consistently brings me back day after day. Like I said I love people.

William remodeled my kitchen. He was so courteous. He helped me make decisions that were truly beautiful. For example, I thought I wanted Granite counter tops, but he suggested I get marble and oh my how beautiful it turned out. I thought I wanted my kitchen laid out one way and he suggested a complete change. He was right on and gave me more room and did in fact enhance my kitchen. I want my bathroom done in the near future and Bill will be my choice. It was a pleasure working with him.

I hired Bill after I had been taken by another contractor. Bill brought in one subcontractor for electric work, but used his crew to finish the all of rest of the work, which was considerable.
The best part was how he consistantly made sure that his work was up to my satisfaction, and how clean his crew was throughout the entire project.
The whole bathroom, only took about 3 weeks , and tbat included the demo and install of a custom shower.
In the end he didn't chase me for money. His prices are rather fair once he showed me his overhead, and I figure you get what you pay for.

Will put up our backsplash in our kitchen back in April. He did a phenomenal job, we are so happy with it. While he was doing our backsplash, he also was able to fix a cracked tile in our bathroom. Thanks again for everything!
