I scheduled a meet and greet, which had to be rescheduled for a reasonable reason. The representative confirmed the night before for the rescheduled meet and greet for 9am. They never showed up despite several messages from me checking in. I still have not heard back from them or received an apology for disrespecting my time. Things come up out of our control and it is very easy to communicate so there is no excuse for being this unprofessional. I did not give them another opportunity to reschedule as I wouldn’t be able to rely that they would actually follow through the service of walking my dogs.
Details: Dog • 3 pets • Giving food and water • Taking pet outside • Short visit (30 minutes) • Three times a day • My home, venue, etc.
