- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to keep my prices low because I remember I worked in such high end spas performing facials on the rich and elite and I couldn't afford to get one there my self!! It bothered me because I loved the results people were getting. I like building a relationship with my clients and I know many people can't afford the luxury of going as often as they will like. I enjoy working so I believe it's a win-win all around.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Doing a thorough consultation and having the extra time to go in depth on the history of their skin and what they want for their skin to look like. I like to have extra time on the first appointment and set realistic goals when examining the skin and brows.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
All sorts, teenagers, new moms, boys, girls, men, women, great grandmothers, celebrity's, you name it I have done a lot of different types of people over the years.
