- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$70/hr for teaching. Price vary depending on the occasions (cocktail hours, corporate event, wedding receptions, and etc), the duration, and number of musicians for hire.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For teaching, I begin with consulting the student about his/her goal and what they want to get out from learning music. Then I usually ask them to demonstrate their ability on the guitar to see the strengths and weaknesses. Then I create the suitable curriculums for each students. For music entertainment, I have sets of repertoire which I pick and chose depending on the occasions. It may vary if clients request any specific songs or tunes, but have to be notified at least a week in advance.
