- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When getting set up with a new client, I like to touch base on the phone quickly to introduce myself. Shortly after the date, time, and location of the property has been confirmed, I will send you a Photoshoot Check List, which needs to be reviewed and completed before my arrival to the location. It is preferable to meet the real estate professional at the property, (If this is your vacation rental, the owner may be present) or to receive a one day Sentrilock code, if the property is vacant. I will spend somewhere between 35 minutes and 1.5 hours grabbing images of your property or listings, inside and out (very large establishments or those with incredible views may take up to 3 hours). Typically, within 24 hours, you will receive an email and text message, letting you know your images are up on my website, and ready for download. I take all major credit and debit cards.

I have been throwing a camera around for as long as I remember, shooting lifestyle and product images, but have been focusing on professional realty images since 2011.
