FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing mainly depends on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms and the amount of deep cleaning that needs to be done i.e. cleaning blinds, window sills, baseboards, walls, under furniture etc. Tile, laminate, and hardwood floors typically take more time to clean than carpet too so that may add to the cost as well. My hourly charge is $30 with an additional $5 an hour if you choose the 100% chemical free option. Above all I will always try my best to work within my customer's budget and communicate how they can get the most bang for their buck.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with my customers and see their home first hand before giving the official bid. Whatever bid is given here on Thumbtack is really just a good guess because there are so many variables when it comes to cleaning homes. I will come to you at your convenience, give you a bid and then work within your schedule to clean your home as soon as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I haven't had any formal training but I am constantly learning about and trying new cleaning techniques and products in order to provide the best service possible in the most timely manner. Here in the Inland NW we have hard water and different environmental factors that sometimes require additional supplies in order to maintain a clean home.
