- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? It is important to create a space where the customer feels free to express their vision. Open communication is key, so once a job is accepted, I like to sit down (virtually or over the phone) and talk about elements they would like incorporated into their project. Communication leads to outlined expectations and vision which then leads to a successful project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We have years of real-world experience as freelance artists. We operate solely from Adobe Suite as industry standard, and hold our team to the highest standard of excellence.
