- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
DEPOSITS: For professional protection and assurance, we require a deposit of 50% of the total agreed-upon amount at the start of every project or booking. We require final payment prior to workable material delivery or service offering. PHOTO SHOOTS: We offer complimentary travel within 10 miles of Midtown ATL, and charge $20 between 10-25 miles. Longer distances are discussed on an as needed basis. Client will be sent a unique link to their sessions within 48-hrs of shoot that contains a gallery of 30 high resolution digital proofs with your choice of 10 complimentary downloads. Additional images may be purchased for $10 per image. Option to purchase prints from website. LOGOS + GRAPHIC DESIGN: After filling out a branding questionnaire, client will be sent two initial logo mock ups, and once a design direction is chosen, client is given three complimentary edits. Client will be provided with high resolution images in PNG, PDF, and EPS formats (color and black/white if applicable). WEBSITES: Pricing for domain and web hosting is an additional charge that is subject to the plan decided on by the client. Custom e-mail addresses, e-commerce, and other integrations may be added on for an additional fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is important to create a space where the customer feels free to express their vision. Open communication is key, so once a job is accepted, I like to sit down (Zoom or phone conversation) and talk about elements they would like incorporated into their project. Communication leads to outlined expectations and vision which then leads to a successful project.

We have years of real-world experience as freelance artists. We operate solely from Adobe Suite as industry standard, and hold our team to the highest standard of excellence.
