- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I custom price each engagement to suit the client's requirements.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am flexible in approach, and always available by phone, email or text. I typically start engagements with an introductory call to confirm objectives and scope. Following, I run quick iterations by the customer so we can course correct early on if needed. I make recommendations throughout the process but ultimately the work is that of the customer, and before the output is finalized, I run everything by the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a former Boston Consulting Group consultant with experience consulting for Fortune 100 companies across telecom, pharma, financial services, healthcare, logistics and others. During this time, I executed market assessments and market sizings, modeled and project managed cost reductions at companies ranging from $500 million to $3 billion, and helped deliver a spin-off of a division of a global pharmaceutical company. Since then I have started my own company in India, Waste Ventures India. During this, I led the company's overall strategy and operations, investor relations, HR/recruiting, and business development. Throughout these years I have screened and edited hundreds of resumes and provided career coaching for students and professionals seeking to get into management consulting and startups.
