FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every business is different and their needs are all different. After having an initial meeting and getting an idea for what the client's needs are, I cater my services to their business and their budget. My standard hourly rate is $60/hour, but it comes down to what a client needs and what they are comfortable with. I have clients that prefer the hourly rate and others who would prefer a flat weekly or monthly rate. I want my clients to be comfortable knowing they have their needs taken care of at a rate they can work into their budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially I like to schedule a meeting to sit down and chat about how their business typically works, how their books are organized and recorded. Nothing too in depth, just a cursory glance on how things are run. I like to discuss what their expectations of me are and specifically what they would like me to cover. This first meeting with new clients is very important for both of us, to see if we would work well together and get a sense of them and their business.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am Quickbooks Online certified and a Licensed Notary Public with several years experience in my field.
