- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to ask questions and get a full understanding of their needs whether it be a wardrobe overhaul or production of custom garments. After the need or want is identified, we will work to map out the immediate steps to reach that goal and then any follow up action items. For custom shoes and garments, payment is provided to begin production; and for consultation, payment is completed immediately after project completion.

Courses in CMT/styling/custom clothing, apprenticeship and years of direct industry experience.
