- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First time customers will receive a 10% discount. We require at least a $100 retainer fee to secure your date.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After initially speaking with the customer to discuss the basic aspects of their event, I schedule a face to face consultation so we can discuss event timelines and more detailed aspects. Next I try to schedule a visit to the actual venue along with the client. I always keep lines of communication open with the client throughout the entire process from initial consultation to the actual event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an extensive work background in the customer service and audio visual industries, working for companies like Marriott Hotels for 15 years in Event Management departments and American Management Association for 11 years in Events Management and Audio Visual Management. I possess several certifications in Audio Visual Management.
