- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies based on the service provided. However, the packages our clients truly love are the flexible, no contract, month to month discounted hourly rate packages for 10 hours or 16 hour monthly packages. 10 hour packages are $200 and 16 hour packages are $240. You receive one full month of admin and customer service support or business consulting tailored specifically to your business. You'd be AMAZED how much we can get done for you per month with these service options.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a questionnaire to get an understanding of your business and specific administrative and customer service needs nor requirements. The questionnaire is followed up with a consultation where we dig a little deeper, answer questions and offer suggestions to how to best provide services. From there, a proposal is completed and the work is started based on the dates and times agreed upon.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Tia has a B.S. Degree in Business Management and over 20 years of combined experience in the areas of management, marketing, customer service and administrative skills. In addition, she has completed interpersonal skills training as well as effective Business Communication courses.
