- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are never negotiable. I often offer specials and also work out plans for my frequent customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If you are looking to be a future client of mine I advice you to check out my booking site and my Instagram for all the information you may need. Many find the answers to most questions there. If you feel comfortable moving forward use my site to schedule your appointment. I also am open to calls or texts from those who may have additional questions or concerns! Upon arrival we will have a brief conversation regarding your needs, allergies, any illness or injuries, and also to discuss things like your diet or problem areas depending on the scheduled service!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently a CMT here in Georgia. My original training was done one on one in an apprenticeship where I was trained in massage therapy and facials. I am constantly continuing my education and have additional certifications in makeup, hot stone massage, holistic healing, and more! I also offer a lot of natural remedies and herbal solutions which are self taught or taught at the hand of my peers. A lot of holistic methods are not taught in traditional schools and you can not receive certifications in them (yet!).
