- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process for new customers is to first get to know them. Learn what motivated them and also have them plan what they would like to achieve with specific time based goals. From there I conduct an evaluation and place them into an initial program whether that be weight loss, muscle building, or toning where we concentrate on building a new healthy lifestyle.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have experience in numerous fields including Martial Arts, Yoga, Acrobatics, and Life Coaching. I am a certified personal Trainer through ACE and i have built the success in my practice from lessons learned in the Field and disciplines I've been involved in.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with Clients ranging from athletes, to those with serious medical conditions such as lung disease and injuries.
