John was an excellent and enthusiastic personal trainer with a real focus on the individual. Before my session, John asked me if there were specific areas I would like to focus on. He came prepared with a full set of exercises that not only targeted the multiple areas I had expressed I wanted to focus on, but were also creative...not your typical push-up/sit-up type exercises! But I think most of all what I really value in John's instruction was his attention to detail and form. He gave clear explanations and demonstrated that he has a very keen understanding of body and muscle and how these parts move and strengthen through specific movements and exercises. As a student, I completely trusted John's knowledge of fitness and strength training and would recommend him to anyone looking to improve their health and physicality!

I have been training with John for almost a year now. He is a kind and patient personal trainer. He took the time to understand my illnesses and diagnoses along with the symptoms as they appeared. He knew when to push and encourage. The random texts to check on my progress or my day is an amazing touch you don't get anywhere else but with John B. @SBS!

Not only is Mr. Boyd strong in his teachings but also an inspiration in general. After spending quality time training with him I want to be better in all aspects of my life. Thank you for that extra push I needed, John!

John B, the personal trainer is very professional and thorough with his work. He explains the process, checks on you through calls, texts, or emails, and helped me reach my goal last year. I am still training with him. I am so glad I have him as my personal trainer! I have loss 60lbs and still working at reaching my weight loss goals. I know with John B. I will reach my goal and beyond!

John B. is an excellent personal trainer. He took his time with me and explained what we were going to do to help me reach my goal for a healthier lifestyle. He took me step by step through each exercise that we did. He made sure I was comfortable and not straining my body during the workout. He answered all my questions professionally and was also kind as well. I would recommend him to anyone!
