- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I may ask a few questions in my estimate process. if question are answered properly and honest I will never raise my estimate. I have been known to lower but never raise. I will never ask a costomer to help do the work (unless specified in estimate)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working is to show up to job on time. To get job done on timely manner and do exactly what I say I'm going to do and get done. I will never ask for payment or partial payment till job is complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The training and experience I have are. 22 years experience in costomer service companies, PPE training and experience on working and handling chemicals of all types, 22 years of transportation and driving classes, 5 years experience of packing trucks and trailers, 22 years of experience in handyman services.
