- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price based on the number of colors and the type of garment such as a 6 color print on a champion T would cost more than a 6 color print on a Gildan T so there are a few ways where you can save money, whether it being trimming down a few colors or going to a less expensive brand. and for any order over 50 pieces of the same color the set up is free and we never charge a re-use fee like many other printers do
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to have a meeting and go over design details and apparel options along with the pricing. We are able to go to the customer as well as have the customer come to us and sit down in our office, but are also able to do the same through a few phone calls or e-mails if their schedule does not allow it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I had 2 years experience in my field before Venturing on to starting Infamous Apparel, and i had 3 years management and customer service experience prior to that as well.
