- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer Free estimates for services provided to all of our customers. Our pricing system consists of the size of the job, tools or supplies needed, specific customer requests, the cost of labor, and rates provided by other businesses. After covering these specific factors, we will generate an estimate to provide the customer along with a list of competitors rates. We offer flexible payment methods for qualified customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once contacted either by phone or email, my partner or myself will personally contact the customer(in the same form the request was made) regarding whatever service he/she had previously showed interest in.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team consists of a small group of Highly motivated and acceptionally experienced(5+ yrs) individuals, Each of our members received detailed hands-on training in the construction industry(and most relating to). This helps us provide accurate and detailed information from a well qualified source.
