- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most Pricing questions can be answered on my website RomanDzh.com on the "Pricing" page. The created categories are somewhat limited, and additional information can be provided upon a request of service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process of meeting new customers is scheduling a coffee before our initial appointment and going over details. I really like to get as much information about my client's expectations and get a vision of what our photography session will look like. Some customers will not have the time to meet with me, which is fine, a phone call will suffice for most photo sessions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked with images and clips for years. I am proficient with DSLR cameras in manual mode, I am skilled in Adobe editing programs such as Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.
