I work contractually by the hour or with a set fee per project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to first have a phone call to discuss the project after taking a look at current website and social media presence to get a good grasp of the purpose of the writing or marketing materials. I prefer businesses and ministries with strong missions to better the world.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
BA in Education, MA in Counseling, 15 years in non-profit administration, marketing, and fundraising.
