- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide a wide range of services, so our fee varies. Our stated fee is just a broad estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I ask a few questions to determine how the client wants to event to 'feel". How they want the room and the guests to feel in the space. Then I look at my roster of musicians to determine which is the best fit for the scope and budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Twenty years of solo and band performance experience. 15 years doing event production and promotion.
