- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to give customers an estimate but most of the time I charge per hour plus cost of parts. some tasks are simple to quote others have underlying factors that could change how much the job ends up costing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to know what exactly the project entails and then I can truly give the customer a reasonable quote as to how much the task will cost.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have numerous skills and abilities that have to do with home improvement. My primary job as a aircraft mechanic has provided me with several technical skills that relate to being a handyman.
