I contacted this company to get a driveway rip out and replace with expansion. Terrance is honest, upfront and was great to work with. He was very prompt to provide an in person estimate that was priced just right. I felt comfortable choosing him over several others based on his attitude and professionalism. His crew was friendly and eager to get the job done. They were in and out the same day, within a couple of days of signing the contract. The quality is great, finished well and they cleaned up their mess afterwards. I would recommend him to all and would use him again.

Almost everything was done correctly and on time. There was one small area that was not finished smoothly that normally wouldn't have mattered, except this was in a visible traffic area.

Fraud Fraud Fraud - Terrance is not licensed bonded or insured!! He took my money 8 weeks ago and has done no work!! He keeps lying and finally confessed he used my deposit on another job but after checking with City of Aurora (only place he is registered) he does not have ability to pull permits!!! I have contacted Thumbtack and they are trying to get my $2125.00 deposit back. Stay away from this guy!!! He is a scammer !! Below shows his “work” after 8 weeks!! He was hired to pour a concrete slab for a two car garage !!!

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing will be extremely competitive according to industry standards. We won't always be the cheapest but pride ourselves in having extremely competitive pricing due to low overhead expenses.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

Upon approaching college in 1998 my father was a project manager for a concrete company and spent alot of years in the industry prior to retiring. Upon leaving professional football I started working for a large construction company here in the metro area to learn the trade and the ends and out of business. Found myself doing asphalt more than concrete but began to get a lot of request for concrete from customers so was forced to learn the product and process, which allowed me to be able to provide both products and have the experience to know the processes to perform and complete a job efficiently and properly.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with customers ranging from city and municipalities to the average homeowner. We truly enjoy putting our name on a lot of work in the metro. Size of job doesn't matter.
