Angie was great! She was very communicative from the beginning, and I understand exactly what services I would be receiving. The night of the party she showed up on time and was very professional and courteous to all of my guests. It was a nice selection of props and the template she designed for the slides, was very cute. Everyone had a blast, and really having a photo booth made the evening. Angie's package deal provided the same as other companies I had looked at, but for less cost. GREAT FUN! Angie came to the party with a large selection of props and really professional equipment that gave beautiful pictures. Luke was very polite and responsive. This company has great value with the services provided. However, we were not able to use their services due to mistake on their end. We confirmed availability for the requested date by message and then followed up by phone call, but was contacted at a later date that it was no longer available. The requested date was not available because they booked someone else previously and forgot about it. We are deeply sorry for any confusion that has occurred. We had a "Hold" date on file that gave that customer first right of refusal. Once we contacted them about releasing the date, that client decided to take the date instead of releasing it. We are very sorry and are reviewing our "Hold" policies to ensure that this does not happen to any other customer. Thanks for your feedback.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Bundle all our services and save 20% for single event. Book DJ, Lighting and Photo Booth for the best deal! All Photo Booth packages include album of all photos taken and digital copy sent by email, thumb drive, social media or dropbox. Each guest will receive a copy of picture, whether it's one person or ten!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We believe in open and honest communication with our clients from the beginning. We want our clients to feel confident that their expectations will be met. All pricing, dates, schedules and contracts will be provided electronically. We will send reminders of all deadlines for customized work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Luke holds an Audio Production Degree from Full Sail University as well has having worked in the event production industry for 20 years and is also a musician himself. Angie has coordinator numerous events in her leadership roles with several hospice organizations.
