- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Full Wedding Coordination and Planning is available exclusively through Events By Emily. Off-Season (April, May, November) Up to 100 guests 101 to 300 guests Friday: $400 $550 Saturday: $600 $800 Sunday: $500 $700 Peak-Season (June – October) Up to 100 guests 101 to 300 guests Friday: $900 $1100 Saturday: $950 $1200 Sunday: $900 $1150 Add-on: 20′ x 40′ white walled event tent rental (includes set up and cafe strand lights): $300/event duration **2018 Pricing**: Off-Season (April, May, November) Up to 50 guests 51 to 300 guests Monday – Thursday: $1300 $1450 Saturday: $1450 $1700 Friday & Sunday: $1375 $1600 Peak-Season (June – October) Up to 50 guests 51 to 300 guests Monday – Thursday: $1800 $2500 Saturday: $2500 $3500 Friday & Sunday: $2200 $2850 Add on: 20′ x 40′ white walled event tent rental (includes set up and cafe strand lights): $350/event duration Events at the Nursery have up to 3 days of exclusive access on site for the period of your rental: rehearsal day, event day, breakdown. Set up is permitted the day prior between the hours of 10 am and 6:00 pm for an additional flat access fee of $150 (M-F & Su) or $500 (Sa), as long as we don’t have any events booked for that day. Events may operate between the hours of 9:00 am and 11:59 PM on the event day. All event-related breakdown and cleanup must be completed by 12:00 PM the day following the event. Two additional appointment hours are included at no extra charge for your ceremony rehearsal. Please call in advance to schedule your rehearsal appointment. Additional hours of rehearsal, setup and/or breakdown can be added to the contract for an additional $100 per hour for event year 2017.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Receive inquiry 2) Work with potential client to learn more about needs, vision, and details of their event 3) Set up a venue tour, and give exclusive tours at the client's first availability 4) Undergo contract and accept rental deposit 5) Offer support through planning process 6) Set up equipment such as rental tent and tables and chairs 7) Help client to enjoy their event and provide labor and support during the event
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been an established nursery and business since 1943. The venue grounds have been in place and expertly cared for, for 23 years. Our venue manager has been planning and managing events for 17 years and owns an Event Planning business of her own.
