- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It really depends on what it is a person wants. Prices are listed on my website whiteswandesigns.com.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I gather information about the users they would like to target, the basics of what they need (how many pages, what the pages include, etc.), and design elements they'd like to include. Then I work on the site for a couple of weeks, let them see the initial design, fix anything that needs fixing, and then the page is ready to go live.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been studying art and design for about 15-years. I was a performance and visual artist for many years and have recently begun to learn coding so I can create virtual works of art. I began designing websites 4-years ago and really enjoy the creative and technical process that goes into creating a site.
