- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The first meeting is a fact finder that includes listening to your financial goals and laying out a plan. Different individuals have different needs and once we establish that we are a perfect fit to work together we meet for a second meeting be It a business or individual consultation. There is no charge for a fact finder
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I Start off by listening to what the customer needs for their individual self, business or both. I take notes and offer several suggestions. This being a multi step process i set up another appointment with the client. I consult my colleagues back in the office to come up with a solid plan.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Business background having done Business consultations in different countries. I have a BBA in Finance. I am Bloomberg Certified and also hold a GIOBA Certificate in Financial Analysis of East and Central Europe.
