- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard rates for Austin-area gigs vary from $1500 to $2000 + frequently BUT NOT ALWAYS $450 for a sound engineer and larger PA system. However, for smaller events that Band really wants to do, discounts may be available depending upon how much advance notice, specific location, difficulty of access to venue, and what hours of performance are required.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Much of our business is through referrals of past customers since we have been performing since 2003 with over 140 gigs since 2009. Using emails and phone-calls between band-manager and Client, work out music requirements and preferences of Client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Band-manager (and band-member) has BBA and MBA from UT-Austin and has held several high level management positions over his 30-yr career; was 1st chair sax in Longhorn Band for 4 years. Our 4 PROS (female singer, male singer/drummer, male singer/guitarist, and bassist) in this band each has over 20 years of experience performing with similar professional acts.
