- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step with meeting any new client is to hold an initial in-person or phone consultation to answer any questions they may have. I believe that building trust and learning about someone first is crucial to creating the proper regimen to achieve their goals. At the end of the day I seek to be known as a friend first and trainer second. The best results are always seen when there is 100% trust in the process and friendship builds that trust.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm an ex-collegiate soccer player, I have a Bachelors of Science in Industrial Engineering, and I have a NASM CPT/NUTRITION certification. Throughout my life I have done speed and agility training as well as weightlifting for various sports that I participated in. Those experiences coupled with the anatomical principles that NASM teaches have helped me create specific training and health conscious eating regimens for a wide array of clients.
