- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
—50% of project fee up front to begin —50% upon completion of project (once you're happy with everything) —You pay by debit or credit card (I will send you a PayPal invoice) or bank transfer —For larger, on-going projects, I offer milestone pricing. We will determine a series of milestones (and items to be completed in each milestone) and you will release a partial payment for each milestone
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Jump on a discovery phone call 2) Determine client goals (what do you want to get out of hiring me?) 3) Determine ideal customer (who is the person that would buy everything you have to offer?) 4) Determine ideal product/service offering (if you could sell "one package/product/service" all day long, every day, what would that be?) 5) Identify competitive advantage (what thing(s) make you better than your competition?) 6) Determine messaging goals (what do you want to communicate?) 7) Determine project timeline and milestones (send project start invoice) 8) Start Project 9) Client to review project and revisions made 10) Launch website/campaign live
