- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is negotiable with cleaning every2 weeks or also weekly. Move outs and deep cleanings take more time so I charge more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My main goal is to gain there trust because that counts a lot in this kind of business. I will show them what is done and try to answer any questions they may have conserning the house cleaning. Always have a good attitude always.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my GED and had lots of training in this field. Around 10 years cleaning houses.
