She simply did not show up inspite of confirming a day before. She wouldn't even pick up her phone or message to inform me that she would.not show up. Attached is a screenshot of me asking when the service will show up, trying to work with them to get a time. So I did not change anything last minute! - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My pricing is negotiable with cleaning every2 weeks or also weekly. Move outs and deep cleanings take more time so I charge more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?My main goal is to gain there trust because that counts a lot in this kind of business. I will show them what is done and try to answer any questions they may have conserning the house cleaning. Always have a good attitude always.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have my GED and had lots of training in this field. Around 10 years cleaning houses.
