FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Without the proper landscape design, it can cause problems for you in the future, with plants being installed to close to each other or the wrong plants installed in the wrong area, it can cause your landscape to look cluttered or disorganized. There's more to landscaping than installing a few plants or shrubs into the ground. Preplanning has never been more important in our selective field. Customers spend roughly $2,500 - $15,000 on new landscaping, it's very important to get it done correctly the first time to help prevent an expensive fix in the future. We have a 3D landscape design software that we use to help our customers see the finished product before we begin. Doing this let’s our customers have complete control over the landscaping design and allows the customer to change, add or adjust anything to your liking. Turning your dream landscape into reality is what we specialize in. So, contact us today for your free quote and we can begin the consultation process!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We walk our customers through each step of the design phase. First, we have a consultation with our customers to brainstorm and see exactly what the customer wants to accomplish. We want to know what kind of plants you like, if you like rocks or mulch, what kind of bed designs you want etc. Once that is done, we begin the rough draft landscape design. When we start it's a blank canvas so everything you see is built and designed by us from the ground up. Once we are finished with the design, we have one final consultation to go over the landscape design built. Within the second consultation we are able to change, adjust, update, or remove anything to the customers liking. After the customer gives us the okay on the design, we are then able to provide you with a quote and a start date. I then have a meeting with my team to go over the design and they begin the process of turning your dream landscape into reality!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken classes in high school, working in the field with other landscape companies, taken several courses and worked side jobs for 10 plus years now. My team is very educated at working on landscape designs/installs.
