- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since my customers have different needs it's difficult to set an over all price. It depends on services needed, time, and pre-planning. I have some prices on my website that are based on hourly services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing I do is speak on the phone and discuss client's needs and go over my background and experience. Then if it seems like a good fit for my services we'll move onto a personal meeting so I can get to know customer and their expectations. We will go over event parameters and what the client is looking for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 30 years in corporate America in event planning, sales, marketing, and hospitality. I've also worked in the food industry in catering and retail.
