- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a 5% discount to all military, veterans, first responders, & seniors. Time & a half is charged on all holidays. Holidays observed are: New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, & Christmas Day.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A free meet & greet consultation is set up prior to starting with a new client. We go over the specifics of the job, sign a contract, then take a tour of where things specific to your pet are located.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A member of Pet Sitters International. I attend their annual Educational Conference & Expo each year. I participate in seminars & webinars throughout the year.
