FAQs

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I can not give an actual quote without an in person consultation. Quotes are given off of base prices set in the salon. I feel that for the happiest clients this is the very important.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I perform a consultation, to make sure the client and I are in the same page. Then I preform a hair analysts, to make sure the hair is in the proper condition to with stand the process. I will then recommend any treatments I feel the hair may need prior to service. I like to schedule this consultation prior to the actual Color service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Missouri Licensed Cosmetologist. I have extensive training in Haircolor Extensions and Blowouts. I am always attending new classes and practicing new techniques in the industry.
