- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is set very competitive. The hourly rate is $35 with a 2 hour minimum and we feel that's reasonably priced. Some jobs are priced by the job itself because it may require a little more skill ex. electrical work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After contact is made I would normally set up a time and date to come out and give the the client an estimate. There are usually questions from the client and they are answered to the best of my ability. If at that time the client agrees to have the work done work begins. If they would like to schedule for another time that is done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have education in electrical construction everything else has been hands on learning. I have over 15 years experience in woodworking, plumbing and painting.
