- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am an all inclusive service, so the only thing I would charge extra for is travel, if it is a very long distance I may also charge for accommodations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want my customers to know that I am there for them. It isn't my show, it is theirs. So we will need to sit down and discuss everything that they would like to have happen. Specialty dances, a music play list that they need to have played. From the first song to the last we need to figure out how to make this a lifetime memory.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I saw one entertainer many years ago and knew that this was what I wanted to do. I have spent the last 30+ years building and constantly learning the newest things coming up in the industry. And always remembering that the customer always comes first. From the planning stage till the time you say your farewell at the end of the event.
