- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Understanding the needs of our customers is important for them and the health of their family; especially when dealing with water damage and mold remediation which can be detrimental to their health if not cleaned properly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
17 yrs of hands on training. Maintenance on over 1000 properties. 17 certifications through I.I.C.R.C. for cleaning and restoration. 2 yr associates degree in maintenance.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always look for free estimates. Ask questions and if they are a great contractor, you will know from their expertise. Research prior projects and ask for reference's.
