Introduction: Alexandra Michele Events is a full-service Event Planner based in the Chicagoland area. Operating since 2017, we pride ourselves on our highly customized and unique events. Whether planning your next Wedding, Corporate Event, or Birthday Party, we are here to make sure that each and every event we are involved with is truly unforgettable. Alexandra has aspired to owning a wedding planning business since she was 15 years old. While the exact vision has changed over the years, her goal to make other people’s dream’s a reality is still the most important element. In order to pursue this dream she studied abroad during the spring of 2016 in London. There she interned with a bridal boutique and studied at The London College of Fashion. With three event/wedding planning internships behind her, she has learned to think on her feet and to always keep an open mind. Alexandra graduated in December 2017 from Drake University in Des Moines with a double major in entrepreneurial management and marketing with a concentration in sales management.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have five different package options for wedding planning. Ranging from full service to day of coordination. My prices start at $1,000 for day of coordination. I offer discounts on invitations and often can provide promotions on other local vendors.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been planning events for around 8 years and decided to start my own business doing it. I am a certified wedding planner with the Association of Bridal Consultants. I have also had the opportunity to work besides several different wedding planners in the ChicagoLand Area.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started planning events because of my Mother. She would always plan such memorable and unique parties while I was growing up and I eventually started helping her with the details. I found a strong passion for organization and a dedication to details which has sparked my love for event planning.
