- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our customers receive a 30% discount on our rental shop!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We go ahead and schedule a complimentary consultation once client has decided it is Royal Events they will like to book then we can go ahead and sign contract. In order to save your date and book us we need 50% deposit and resting balance is due 7 days prior to event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
ABC Certified Wedding Planner, Certified South Asian Wedding Planner, and Certified Event Designer.
