I was so impressed by Chris Zervas right from the beginning. He wanted to know all about our program and what we wanted/needed for our training. He visited with other personnel in our program to learn even more. He provided an agenda and presented the most wonderful interactive training that was not only fun but very informative and insightful!! We learned more about each other and what we could do to make our program more effective. What an amazing experience!! All personnel who participated loved the training and felt it truly benefited them!
