- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to keep my pricing as fair as possible. I try to offer the best price for the best quality of work. We don't invoice until after work is completed. We invoice through email using the QuickBooks platform. NO ADDED FEES. It's great all of my clients love it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We go out and quote the jobsite depending on what the client is looking for. We then also make recommendations on what we think the client might want or need and let the client decide on what services make sense for them. If approved, we schedule maintenance and invoice after the job has been completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Have taken community college classes that pertain to our field of work.
