- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before starting any kind of project, I ask my clients show me plans, if the project is a repair, I would like to take a look, before starting the project I would like an initial deposit made. If the project is under $500.00, payment must be payed right after finishing. If the project is over $500.00, payment must be made in either 2-3 installments, first payment before starting, second payment mid-project and the final payment after completion of project.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with many costumers, my goal as a pro is to keep my costumers happy with the work I do, before I leave I like to double check on everything to make sure it looks professionally finished.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
A costumer always has a question for a pro, it is always best to help the costumer get focused on what they are looking for, specially if they're asking for ideas and what kind of quality work they are looking for.
