- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No, each client get personalized service and pricing is set accordingly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Phone interview and meet client and their dog before date of service. After the meet and greet we will continue with any questions you may have about myself. Then Together we will write up a profile on your dog and what needs and concerns you would like fulfilled. If you are satisfied we will write up a short contract covering schedule and costs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hands on training for 20 years with large and giant breeds. Mentored under Top 10 stud dog owner. Mentored under professional dog trainer. Volunteered at doggie day care 2003-2004. Foster care for breed specific rescue organizations.
