FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on each customer individually because there are so many variables to be considered. Things that are typically standard jobs such as hot water heater replacement, clearing out water/sewer lines can usually be priced over the phone. More detailed work will require an assessment and the customer will be given an approximate idea of the cost prior to beginning the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on the job, I prefer to meet with the customer and get an idea for exactly what their needs are. I like to give them the opportunity to have all their questions answered so they can comfortable with the work I'm doing and feel confident that they have made the best choices.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a licensed plumber for several years. However, working in this field has allowed me to learn and work in quite a few other areas of home repair/ improvement and rehabilitation.
