- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Presentation pricing: Logos starting at $100 tattoo designs starting at $100 Event posters starting at $500 illustrations starting at $350 Graphic Novels starting at $100/page Artwork that you intend on using commercially requires you rent a license to use it, or purchase to own the rights of the artwork. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After reviewing the initial ideas behind your desires, we will ask for some example works that you (the client) are inspired by, and we will determine how much detail and time will be required to satisfy the projects. In addition to the time, materials, and detail we deem required to execute the project successfully, we also consider the following factors to determine pricing for our work: --How long do you (the client) want to license the artwork for? One month? One year? Two years? Five years? In perpetuity? --In what context is the artwork going to be used? Do you need the rights to use it on anything? In print only? Web only? Broadcast? Tattooed on your face? --If the job is reprinted, will there be an additional fee for a reprint? Do you (the client) want an unlimited license or do you need to own the rights? --What kind of company is requiring this artwork? Is it for a Mom-and-Pop business, a multi-billion dollar corporation or something in between?
