If you’re looking for the right contractor, Ruth Ortiz at Renovation Experts is the way to go. The ease with which she took over the reconstruction project that a bad contractor left behind was very impressive. She was very upfront regarding costs, time estimates and what to expect from her company. Every day workers were present getting the job done. Once complete, the work was impeccable. Not only were her and her crew able to correct the issues left unfinished or in need of further repair by the prior contractor, but her eye for design and color gives a nice flow throughout my home. I’d recommend her and Renovation Experts to anyone in need of work done on their home, whether it be a new project or correcting a failed job by another contractor.

We hired Renovation Experts USA to demolish potions of our home due to fire damage. Once demolition was complete. Renovation Experts was to start the rebuilding process. After sign contract. Renovation Experts completely kept us out of the loop. Requested monies from the bank without our knowledge, thank god the bank did not send them money without our request. Frank Esposito which is an associate of the Renovation Experts USA LLC was observed putting our personal property in the trunk of his car. He did not have permission to do so. He gave some lame excuse as to why the property was in the truck of his car. I had read some bad review on Frank Esposito and Ruth Ortiz, but decided to give them a change, because the reviews were old and thought they had change their ways. Not. The company was not transparent with us and we decided to cancel the contract for unethical practices. Beware.#outofFlorida.

Renovation Experts USA's reply
Renovation Experts USA was in fact hired by Mr. D but the facts are just a bit different. Mr. D was not easily reachable by telephone so he was sent emails keeping him abreast of what was going on. Mr. D also checked up on the progress on a daily basis. The demolition was done on the property as he stated and the normal practice when dealing with an insurance claim is to notify them for an inspection which was done and then they issue the next draw to move forward with the project. There was nothing out of the ordinary with this process. Mr. D did request that Renovation Experts USA employee him and his friends and pay them under the table. When it was explained that I was unable to do this he then informed me that he would not be needing my services any further. I believe the issue Mr. D is having is that there is an outstanding balance left that he owes Renovation Experts USA and is doing what ever he possibly can to avoid paying this balance. I have never had a complaint about me or my company ever and I am very surprised to see Mr. D and his wife approach things in this unprofessional manner.
