EVERYTHING from start to finish was the best experience I've had from any contractor. Ronnie was very friendly, professional, always punctual and really quick to respond which was very important to me. He informed me about everything that needed to be done and worked diligently until the job was complete. I absolutely Love my new flooring and will definitely use him again soon!

Ronnie with innovative flooring and design has been great to work with and I would definitely refer him to anyone needing carpet or wood floor installation. Ronnie measured all of the rooms that I wanted new flooring in and told me how much I would need based on the square footage, his price was fair and customer service was exceptional, everything he did came out great,he was respectful of the home and other workers and always left his work space clean, our experience with innovative flooring and design exceeded all expectations.

Ronnie did an outstanding job on our two bathrooms. He was always on time, courteous and very respectful. He is very meticulous and takes his time to make sure it is done right. I strongly recommend him. He does very good work.

Ronnie did our floors, and redesigned our bathroom from top to bottom. The transformation was like something you see on one of those shows on TV. We were not only pleased, but amazed how everything we wanted in our scetches that we gave to them , Flooring and Design made it happen! Mr. Ronnie kept us involved, updated, and completely comfortable through the whole process. Its difficult to find a company you can trust to honestly and affordably make your dreams come to fruition! Flooring and Design accomplished just that. Now he is redesigning our neighbors master bathroom, and my mother in laws splash back in her kitchen, and her master shower!
